Positive: The location is great. Right next to Rumi Museum and close to markets. Our room had a direct view of Mawlana Rumi Mausoleum. The staff are fantastic and really very helpful. They went out of the way to look after us. Amazing people. The style of the hotel is different from others and it adds to the charm of the place.

Negative: We loved it. We loved the staff and very grateful for how well they treat their guests.

Summary: A wonderful gem with amazing staff!
