Positive: We liked how close it was to everything. Perfect location and very quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed including laundry.

Negative: I thought it could have been a bit cleaner. Dishes had a crusty residue and overall just dusty with cobwebs and spiders still in them on the walls, baseboards,and drawers. Other than that it was perfect!

Summary: Great accommodation for families close to the lake.
