Set on a spacious 1,200 m² private estate, this beautiful villa is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. With 180 m² of stylish living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The interior features four air-conditioned bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, and the entire home is furnished to a high standard with thoughtful touches throughout.
Step outside to a lovely 15 m² terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden and a 32 m² private pool, complete with sun loungers and outdoor furniture for lazy afternoons under the sun. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure amenities including a private tennis court, pool house with sauna and whirlpool, a gym, billiards, table football, darts, and even a youth room with games for all ages.
