Summary: Room included a fan. It was a hot day - no A/C. The fan was very helpful. Wish there had been more ventilation. But, the room was a nice size and clean. The screen was broken, but sufficient to keep out bugs. Walls are thin and could hear the guests talking next door; but OK for the price.
