Our top floor (3rd floor) condo is in a small complex (18 units) situated in the Historic Downtown District of Columbia Falls Montana, also known as Gateway to Glacier. Built in 2018, it has a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a bunkbed with twin on top and double on the bottom. There is a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully outfitted kitchen. There is a long eating bar for dining. There is a 50” smart tv in the living area and a 40” smart tv in the master bedroom. There is Netfix Premium and there is high speed internet. There is an outdoor balcony with an electric bbq grill small table and a four chairs. From the balcony there are nice views of the mountains. We have a high chair and pack and play available in the unit. There is one dedicated parking space in the parking lot plus street parking. The building has secure coded access (keypad) security and fire safety systems, elevator and stairs. We believe it is the perfect Home Base for Adventure outings in this region. It is 14 miles to the West Gate of Glacier National Park, and 17 miles to Big Mountain Ski Resort, Whitefish, Mt.
