It is very well maintained and extremely quiet even at night.

This property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Loud noise, conversations, music, or gatherings on the balcony after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
If we receive complaints from neighbors or instructions from the police, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
