2 Bedroom House in Middletown
Great neighborhood & very safe. I still live here so we would be sharing common areas except for 2 spare bedrooms & a spare bathroom that separates those bedrooms. If I am here while you are staying, I usually stay in my bedroom/office area when I know you are cooking, watching TV, etc. I have 2 semi-furnished bedrooms, a spare bathroom (includes tub/shower unit shared by guests only), full kitchen, great room, dining room, front porch, etc. As indicated in photos, 1 bedroom has a queen bed & the other room has room for an air mattress or sleeping bags (I have both). Both rooms have their own ROKU TV, Ceiling Fans, closets, dressers, etc.
My community is close to 2 train stations (Wilmington & Claymont) & within approximately 1 hour from Philadelphia airport. Local bus stations are close by also. About 1 hour from Rehoboth & 1.5 from Ocean City, MD. Lots of surrounding restaurants, shops, wineries, golf, etc.
