This 1500 foot one story house with garage is the perfect place to enjoy the cool temperatures of Flagstaff in the summer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it will easily handle 5 or 6 people. The dining room and kitchen area are open with great views of the yard to watch birds at the feeder. The living room area is a very comfortable space with High def TV and TIVO from Sudden link, providing access to Netflix and others. Just a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and activities in Flagstaff. Wood decks in front and out back are great for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Fully furnished kitchen that has whatever you should need. The combined kitchen and dining room is a great space with views of the back yard and large back deck. The back yard is fenced making a great space for dogs and kids. Barbecue and outdoor chairs are provided. The living room and craft area is very cozy with HD TV and DVR.
