Positive: Fantastic property in the most ideal location on the island. Jennifer, lead concierge, was simply brilliant. The itinerary she organized for us was better than we could've imagined. She took a lot of time to understand our needs, our family interests and personalities, and even arrange a gift for my daughter (a jellycat which she's been after for ages!). Stand-out hospitality.
