We value your health and strive to be as natural, eco-friendly & green as possible by choosing natural & recycled products, and not wearing shoes in the house.
We have strict house rules:
* NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property
* No Groups, Parties or Proms
* No shoes in the house (we have a bench by the door for you to remove your shoes)
We do individual leases with all tenants.
We will need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation.

Summary: Location location location! Great spot, so close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We had a great time. Owner was super responsive when we couldn’t get the AC to work properly. Great stay.
