The property is a separate carriage house adjacent to our home with private access from the alleyway. There is parking for a car next to the carriage house. The open-plan space has a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. A balcony connects you to the outdoors and is the ideal place to watch the sun rise or set over the mountains. This brand-new build is insulated, peaceful, modern and comfortable, with blackout blinds if you get tired of staring at the mountains.

You have access to the entire suite and private balcony. Below the suite is a garage. Use of the garage may be available on request. It is an easy walk to an abundance of parks and other green space, as well as the historic downtown district of Revelstoke. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants, library, swimming pool and walking trails are all within a few minutes stroll. The ski resort shuttle stops on our block - too easy!
