Travel Purpose: business

Positive: My stay at the desert camp was quite a memorable experience. The location out in the dunes felt special — watching the sun set over the sand and feeling that wide-open desert space gave a sense of escape from everyday life. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a difference in how comfortable I felt. The tent I stayed in was reasonably clean, with decent amenities (though not ultra-luxury) and we enjoyed the evening cultural program with folk music & dance, which added local flavour. On the flip side, there were a few things to keep in mind. The food, while acceptable, didn’t always live up to expectations — some dishes lacked variation and polish. Also, because the camp is in a semi-remote location, simple conveniences can feel a little rustic (for example, bathroom access, lighting at night). If you expect a fully luxury resort-style stay, you might feel a little bit let down. But if you embrace the lifestyle of a desert camp (the sand, the open sky, the nature), then this place delivers a solid and charming stay. Verdict: If you’re looking for a one-night or short desert escape, and you value the experience more than high-end comfort, this camp is a good choice. Arrive with an open mind, pack for sand and changing temperatures, and you’ll likely leave with fond memories.
