This immaculate 3 bedroom spacious, luxury home is located at East Airport residential, off Spintex Road and close to Papaye. The layout was carefully designed to provide ambiance, security and comfort. The stunning interior consists of three spacious bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. The property also features three reception areas including a dining area and a very breezy balcony. The kitchen is fully functioning and equipped with modern amenities.
All rooms are fully air conditioned.
This villa is ideal for family holidays or business trips. It is within 10mins drive from the airport and a short walk from cafes, restaurants, forex bureaus, pharmacies and ATMS. It is only 20 mins drive from popular beaches such as Labadi pleasure beach, Laboma, La Palm Beach and Osikai resort. The villa is in close proximity to 3 different malls ie -Palace Mall, Melcom. and the Accra mall . The Wild Gecko Handicrafts, University of Ghana, The A&C Mall and the W.E.B. DuBois Centre are also within close proximity.
Osu, also known as Oxford Street and famous for its night life - clubs, pubs and discos, cinemas, souvenirs and fine dining is only about 6 miles away.
Further afield there are opportunuties to partake in water sports activities, go karting and quad biking.
There is a back up generator and water reservoir for the rare occasions when there is a power cut. electric fence with 24 hour security to guarantee your water and power supply throughout your stay.
There is a 50GHC daily provision for electricity. Back up generator will have a full tank prior to arrival. In the unlikely event there is over usage of power by guests, guests will be required to top up the meter/generator.
Please note we have a strict policy regarding number of guests staying at the villa. Only guests presented at time of booking will be permitted to stay at the villa.
Any guests added after check-in will incur a £20 per person per night charge (maximum guests 6 inclusive).
Guests have access to 24 hour-on site assistance. Daily house keeping is included in our rates.
