Positive: Very well maintained. The basement was designed keeping comfort in mind. I spent a whole day reading books and listening to records. I assume in winter it’s going to be even cozier with the fireplace and the view of the backyard from the basement.
Summary: Cozy and relaxing. Just what we needed.
