Charming LAKEFRONT home, right on the shore of Island Lake Kubash Bay, straight north of Duluth (25/30 min drive from Downtown/Canal Park). Living room w/ gas fireplace & large window to beautiful sunset views, and waterโs edge deck! Redecorated in 2022! HOSTS STAY in the LOWER LEVEL apt of the house, to give guests the top 2 floors to themselves (w/ their own private entrance). 20-25 min to Canal Park/downtown/mall area, 17 min from the mall, in a setting that is the best of both worlds: โNorthwoodsโ peace & nature, w/ amenities & nearby conveniences of a rural city area!
*** DOCK IS REMOVED from the lake approximately Oct 15th. BACK IN the lake approx. May 10th. (Likely paddleboat & inflatable SUP also, but this is more weather-dependent)
* Many STAIRS from street level down to the house & lake (see pics).
