The kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware and standard appliances. It has a Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a Keurig coffee maker with pods and a drip machine. The spacious living room comfortably sits 5 people. It comes with a 65 inch smart TV. Both of the TVs are equipped with Netflix, Amazon Video and Hulu as well as cable. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with an updated memory foam mattress. The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy coffee or a meal al fresco while taking in the beautiful views of the Sea of Cortes. The resort has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a gym equipped with aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights. There is also a restaurant bar on the premises. Summary: Unit was great on the 2nd floor so really convenient. It is decorated very nice. We enjoyed the balcony, hot tub and walking the beach. Bed was comfortable had to pull out the softer pillows after first night. Only complaint was so dark at night for bathroom trips and I didn’t bring a night light. We enjoyed the location and sampled food at various restaurants. Since it was our first time to Rocky Point we just drove around to get a feel for the community. We will be back in the near future. I’m a fair weather type of person so the weather could have been warmer with more sunshine but since we can’t control that we will have to come back.
