We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public beach of Mazzaforno, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, is 250 meters from the house and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road, and we share direct and private access to the sea with 3 other houses (150 meters from the house). The beach is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, with a flat rocky coast and sandy seabed. The sea is about a 2-minute walk away without leaving the property (path + 58 steps).
Our house, "La Maddalena 29," is a large two-story villa, just steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with olive trees.
The panoramic apartment is on the first floor, while the ground floor features a studio apartment and a two-room apartment
(described on this page), as well as the house where we live with our very affectionate little furry friends, who won't disturb you because our garden has a separate entrance from the rental area.

Upon request, a fourth bed (foldable) can be added in the living room next to the sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200), air conditioning, and a window overlooking the garden.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, window, and hairdryer.
At the entrance, there is an outdoor area for your exclusive use, furnished with armchairs, a table, chairs, and a small barbecue for outdoor dining.

- Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival: €2/day per person for the first 5 nights. Children aged 0 to 12 are exempt.
