Positive: Being on the top floor, the view was SPECTACULAR with the mountains on one side & the water view on the other - imagine the sunrise & sunsetโ€ฆgorgeous!Very close to Coco Beach about a 5 min drive or 15 to 20 minute walk - great for morning walks for a beautiful sunrise. The 2-bedroom apartment was spotless on arrival. The host, Julie, was friendly & helpful throughout my booking, arrival & stay. She recommended a driver she personally knows to pick me up from the airport with barely 48 hoursโ€™ notice - made me feel safe as a single female traveler. The neighbors &/or other renters were kind & helpful too.
Negative: The walk up the stairs to the 4th floor was quite a hike. However, I did it everyday with a knee brace so anyone can do it! The upside is that the pool is on that floor with just a few steps up to yet another amazing view. It was clean & very relaxing up there - most times it felt like I had my personal pool! Be sure to have extra hands to help you with groceries if you plan to cook. :-) The driver was kind to help me with the instructions for wifi etc. It was on Booking.com but with no internet I couldnโ€™t access the info. May be useful to have the booklet ready on the kitchen island. A little coffee table would be helpful for the 2 sofas to place drinks on when thereโ€™s company. Perhaps having bottled water in the fridge would be great on arrival. NOTE: The above are simply suggestions & do not take away from the memorable time I had staying there.
