The addition of Trex decking not only offers an expansive outdoor area but even more impressive view of the river and bridge from this 3rd floor unit. This unit is in the heart of the beautiful Maysville Entertainment District. Restaurant, bars, and stores are just a walking distance. Public parking is plenty directly behind the building. This historic unit has a rather steep stairs so I caution anyone who has difficulty climbing up.
