Our 3rd floor condo on the North side is the most comfortable, well decorated condo in Ixtapa! 1,675 square feet, front door digital key pad entry lock (so you don't have to worry about keys).
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo. King sized memory-foam pillow top Sealy mattress in master. Bathroom's have granite counter tops, large showers and both bathrooms have bidet toilet seats. Marble floors throughout , and a very comfortable large couch great for relaxing in after a long day at the pool/beach.
Fastest fiber optic in room Wi-Fi available. HD TV's with Apple TV, Netflix, etc... Tons of English cable channels including 14 HBO/Cinemax channels, 10 Fox Premium channels, ABC, NBC, CBS and an English Guide channel.
There is a 5 station smart phone/USB charger.
*NOTE we are on the NORTH side, that does NOT have the issues with the Barcelo hotel noise.
Fully equipped kitchen: Toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, gourmet pots and pans, baking dishes, serving bowls, microwave, garbage disposal, full-sized stainless steel refrigerator with lots of Ice cube trays.
A wine refrigerator stocked with wide variety of wines. A variety of wine glasses and wine bottle opener.
Across the street from the Bay View Grand are grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, shopping and golf.
We have the best 24 hour security in the area. No one is allowed on the property without proper documentation, and our team is tireless in creating a wonderful safe oasis.
The Bay View Grand has an onsite Concierge that can arrange taxi's, restaurant reservations tours and more.
In the building we also have a Men's and Women's spa areas equipped with wet & dry saunas, hot tubs and onsite Masseurs.
Out on the beach you can get a wonderful relaxing massage for less than $20.00 USD within walking distance from the BVG.
Our Condo is not a typical "rental unit" it is our home for a good portion of the year. You normally will find necessary condo items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo in the unit. A well equipped Kitchen that includes spices, and some condiments/basics.
