On the ground floor there are two living rooms communicating with a dining room and fireplace which leads to a large terrace with gazebo overlooking the pool. Also on the ground floor, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a beautiful kitchen in super-equipped masonry adjacent to another large covered terrace, equipped with barbecue, fully furnished and with a panoramic view over the valley.
On the first floor there is another large living room overlooking the hills complete with two double sofa beds, a master bedroom with anteroom and bathroom, a second double bedroom with bathroom, a third bedroom with three single beds and adjacent bathroom.
The property includes terraced gardens, a beautiful swimming pool with heated shower surrounded by olive and fruit trees.
The garden surrounding the swimming pool is fully furnished.
At the entrance to the Casa dei Ghiri there are four parking spaces, two of which are covered and a playhouse for children.
