Standard rooms are located on the second floor of our cottage, superior rooms are on the second floor.
Breakfast is traditional, with homemade cakes and jams from our farm. Omelet with daily fresh eggs, yogurt and seasonal fruit.
Prices include breakfast, bed and bath linens, utilities, cleaning on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and final cleaning, free wifi in the room and throughout the facility, umbrellas and deck chairs reserved for you at the pool ( opening June/September included ), parking.
They do not include tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per adult ( 12 years ).
In the case of half board, dinner consists of a first course, second course with side dish, dessert or fruit, coffee, bitter, water. Wine is a la carte.
All pasta is handmade, desserts are homemade, fruits and vegetables are from our garden, fresh eggs from our hens, meat is certified Tuscan.
Available to all our guests the garden, the pool, the 'outdoor play area.
In the pool it is compulsory to use the swimming cap ( you can buy it here 3.00 euro ) and beach towels on the deckchairs and sunbeds ( you can rent them here at 4.00 euro each )
With us you will be able to:
- request cooking classes, fresh pasta, pizza, pastry. The courses are conducted on the farm, in the morning or afternoon and end with a meal . We will take you to visit vegetable garden and chicken coop to collect raw materials and then all in the kitchen J !
- Have complimentary gas on the 'rental, at Vintagetours, of Vespas, Lambrettas or vintage cars so you can visit Tuscany in a truly unique way, with the charm of two wheels and the relaxed times that only the Vespa allows
- We offer you 10% discount on the 'entrance to the Tehia thermal swimming pool, with a plan dedicated to the well-being of the smallest, can in fact accommodate children from 6 months

- All in the saddle! You can get a 10% discount on horseback riding lessons or rides at the Equestrian Center just a few miles from the farmhouse.
- You can rent ebikes that will be delivered directly to the agriturismo
- If you want to have a romantic dinner in some little place in Montepulciano, or spend a day relaxing at the Spa, don't worry about the kids...we'll take care of them! We collaborate with an 'agency in Pienza that sends us highly qualified staff who will take care and let your children play safely
- You can visit wine cellars that will let you taste delicious wines from the area with chopping boards at great prices!
