The apartment also has a large roof terrace with an idyllic view into a private park.
A cellar compartment is with the apartment. A lockable underground parking space (no duplex) is also available. A bicycle storage room is located in (hidden)ment. You will also find a community car washing area in the underground car park.

Dieses helle und voll möblierte Apartment mit Dachterrasse und separater Küche wurde im Juli 2023 komplett renoviert. Es befindet sich im dritten und obersten Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Stadtteil Perlach. Das neue, freundliche helle Bad bietet eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit einer neuen, modernen Einbauküche ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine große Dachterrasse mit idyllischem Blick ins Grüne.
