Positive: - Good/fair price point - Owners/Hosts are lovely - Nice/compact studio with full kitchen and full bathroom
Negative: - Location is close to nothing (must have a rental car) - Neighborhood is not very appealing; roads are tight/run down, abandoned cars, dumped refrigerators/tires, some of the homes seem like they are in rough condition - Must have a car and must be comfortable driving hilly, tight roads - on THE LEFT SIDE amongst very aggressive St. Thomas drivers - Between 13 - 17 roosters behind property that start at 6am and go ALL DAY - Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling apart and in poor shape - Bathroom has no ventilation and gets hot quickly, this could be a major issue in summer months, we were here Thanksgiving week and it was uncomfortable - Ants everywhere in the studio apartment kitchen, this place is in desperate need of a pesticide professional, please see picture of our pizza box (those black dots are all ants/hundreds of ants)
