The Galluzzo district offers an exceptional quality of life, quiet and with all amenities nearby, restaurants -pizzerias-shops - esselunga hypermarket open from 8am until 9pm every day. at 50mt, we arrive with the trolley at the house. The house is composed of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - wc, living room, dining room with glass roof overlooking the garden, kitchen and pantry.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with double glazing, you will appreciate these arrangements during the summer.
Parking is free and free on the roads around the house. in summer the garden and the outside terrace are fantastic a barbecue.
Motorway access is quickly reachable to visit all the cities around Florence such as Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, St Gimignano etc..
Easy access also for getaways to the sea approx. 45 minutes by car from Forte dei Marmi and 1h30 from the Maremma coast in southern Tuscany.
