Located at the entrance of the village on the edge of the Charente, this loft of 150 m² fully equipped and modern comfort has been converted into a former mill overlooking the river in a private domain.
This place located in a unique setting with landscaped garden crossed by the river, is ideal for a stopover or to rest longer enjoying the serenity of the place. You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops.
Located 15 km from Ruffec (TGV station) and 25 km from Angoulême (TGV station)
The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator). Possibility to have a real extra bed 140 in the living room if necessary, for large family or group of friends. We also have a baby umbrella bed, changing table, and high chair.
