Unfenced landscaped garden 20,000 m² shared by the gîte and the owner with access to a truffle orchard, open garage. Possibility of loan of bed and high chair. Firewood offered. Gîte, located in a hamlet, renovated in 1995 in keeping with traditional construction. You will not forget a little visit to the village of Cheillé, where you will notice the three-hundred-year-old oak tree that grew through the walls of the church, at the Château de l'Islette (place of the passionate love affairs of Camille Claudel and Auguste Rodin).
A setting conducive to hiking in the Chinon forest located 500m away (near the GR3) and many hiking or cycling trails (the Indre by bike in the heart of the Indre valley dear to Balzac and "The Lily in the Valley"). Canoes and kayaks on the Indre. Close to the Châteaux of Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Chinon, Rivau and Saché. A stone's throw from the troglodyte village and the basketwork of Villaines les Rochers, the specialty of the pear tapée in Rivarennes and the river village of Bréhémont.
