Summary: We arrived 45 minutes early so I asked if the room is available for early check-in. The staff did not even look into the system to check which room I am getting and if its ready. Rather given blunt response that check-in will happen at 3 PM. Front desk did not even greet guest nor did they look welcoming. The room was clean however there were no soaps nor towels. So, I had to go and ask for it. Hotel seems old property but okay for budget stay.
