The villa is built on a plot of 10,000 m² with a landscaped garden of 4,000 m² and 6,000 m² of vegetable garden and a space reserved for animals (donkeys, chickens).
The 460 m² villa is on one floor and consists of 4 suites with bathroom and dressing room. (2 on the ground floor, one with terrace in front of the pool) 2 upstairs with private terrace include a living room.
The ground floor is divided by a large patio with trees and a European living room and dining room fountain separated by a central fireplace, a very comfortable Moroccan living room for watching TV or relaxing
