Here you live in a nature reserve with fantastic nature and animal life and also have the opportunity to see animals such as bison, deer, mouflon sheep and wild boar walking in the park's enclosure about 70m from the house. You also have good fishing and hiking along the coastal strip and a great opportunity to see sea eagles sailing past. Please note that the house is on a hiking trail and that you have to walk 1,3 km to reach the house. Therefore, choose the appropriate packing. Prams are not suitable on the path. You can book a pick-up by boat from the owner of the house in Matvik for a cost if you wish. It is also possible to go by boat with local traffic from Karlshamn to Eriksberg, where the cabin is located. You can also book a paddleboard, rowing boat with electric motor, double kayak and also a wood-fired hot tub next door as well as AC and infrared heating. This is done on site or in advance via the house owner. The house is in good condition and you have a built-in patio with both a lounge area and a dining area and an outside patio with outdoor furniture.
