Located in a quiet north-end cul de sac that feels like a home away from home. Interior featuring art from Pacific Northwest artists, bedrooms designed to invite relaxation, living area provides communal space for playing, laughing, talking, & eating at the end of your central Oregon day of fun. The outside deck with privacy hot tub surround adds serenity.
Two large master suites with king beds and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two singles) offer privacy for all guests. All bedrooms open to a central greatroom (with 52' flat screen TV, Yamaha surround sound, iPod dock and free wifi) with large well-stocked gourmet kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, there are six bikes in the garage (4 adult, one medium, one small and one pull along cart) with the endless Sunriver bike path right out the back door. End the day with ping pong in the garage, hot-tubbing, card games, mind games, TV, music, or quiet reading. Perfect for active families, a working retreat or quiet getaway. Guests of our home receive 10 unlimited guest passes to Sunriver's pools and tennis courts. We allow well behaved dogs on the hardwood floors. Two strollers, infant travel bed/playpen & high chair on site.
The attached back deck has comfortable adirondack seating, dining table for 10, and gas grill in a peaceful wooded setting. 'Under the stars' hot tub surrounded by privacy wall ends a perfect day of outdoor activities.
