Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom home, located just a short drive away from the bustling West Edmonton Mall! Our home is perfect for families or groups looking to experience all that Edmonton has to offer.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxation after a day of shopping or sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, microwave, and stove.
Each of the 3 bedrooms features comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, and there is a shared full bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
Outside, you'll find a charming backyard and a seating area, perfect for summer evenings.
There is also 2 car drive way parking for your use.
Other things to note
Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from West Edmonton Mall, as well as other local attractions such as the Edmonton Valley Zoo and Fort Edmonton Park. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options in the surrounding area.
