The great room allows for an abundance of fresh air and natural light to pour in from its many windows and high ceilings throughout the space, making it an ideal locale to spend your days lounging or watching television in the living area, dining at the dinner table set for 6 (or the breakfast table set for 4), or whipping up a delicious tropical meal in the spacious kitchen which comes with several stainless steel appliances and 2 different counters each with 4 barstools for guests. There are several views out onto the tropical gardens and the water feature, as well as the open ocean from within the great room, but the covered back lanai (porch) offers the best view in the entire home.
With ample tables, chairs and beach loungers, as well as a hot tub and BBQ grilling station and a gorgeous view over the sparkling blue waters, the lanai is the best destination for relaxing and enjoying the immense beauty of the Hawaiian landscape (especially during the colorful Hawaiian sunset, or even after dark for amazing star gazing). Enjoy the property’s plentiful avocado, papaya and citrus trees, as well as the lovely professionally designed water garden with native ferns and a pond.
The spacious master bedroom comes with a King bed, ceiling fan, desk space, large walk-in closet, lanai access, and spectacular panoramic ocean & garden views through the wrap-around windows, as well as a private ensuite with dual vanities, walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Guest bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed and offers views onto the ocean and the garden, with access to the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guest bedroom 2 comes with a Queen bed and a ceiling fan, with access to the guest bathroom. All bedrooms come with air conditioning as well as televisions.
Pineapple House is located in the safe and gated community of Keauhou Estates, which is staffed with a security guardhouse and regular patrols. It is a 12-minute drive to downtown Kailua-Kona where you can enjoy the Big Island of Hawai’i’s premier restaurants, luxury shopping and an array of entertainment venues for the whole family to enjoy. Pineapple House is also just off of the Ka’ahumanu Highway for easy transport across the entire island, as well as a convenient 25 minutes to and from the Kona International Airport.
