**IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of April 20th, 2022 the central Air Conditioning at the entire Hale Kona Kai complex is not working. This is being worked on. We don't know when it will be fixed. A portable A/C unit has been installed in the bedroom for your sleeping comfort.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: An outdoor carpet replacement in the breezeways and hallways will begin Tuesday, June 21st, 2022 – approximately mid-August with work hours limited to Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm HST excluding holidays.

Hale Kona Kai is a small complex of 3 dozen absolute oceanfront condos in town but off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short block walk to the village of Kailua-Kona also known as Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai is only 1/4 block walk to Honl's white sand beach and a 2 block walk to the Kona Farmers Market.
All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility.
