The view through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony not only overlooks the marina and the floating houses, but also the Ostseefjord Schlei and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Sailing boats, seagulls and beautiful sunsets guarantee a real holiday feeling.
Attention romantics - the underfloor heating promises comfort in every season. It becomes particularly cozy in the living-dining area thanks to the electric fireplace.
The apartment is flooded with light, high-quality furnishings and modern furnishings.
The residential and commercial building was built in the Scandinavian style. The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or alternatively conveniently via the elevator. The holiday home is also designed to be barrier-free with a large floor-level shower.
Located above the things, passing sailing ships can be observed from the complete living-dining area and the balcony when entering the Baltic Sea. The idyll of the Schlei landscape protection area offers closeness to nature and a break from everyday life. The new harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range of products. Service is guaranteed here, because the FERIENHAUS-AGENTUR offers you a personal concierge service every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
The apartment is equipped with a fiber optic connection. The Telekom Home Entertainment program offers additional entertainment on the flat screen TV in the living room and on another TV in the bedroom.
The extensively equipped open kitchen with wet bar leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to a barbecue evening with a view of the water.
The shower room has a large floor-level shower.
The cozy bedroom equipped with a double box spring bed and an additional flat screen TV allows you to enjoy a relaxing sleep.
There is a private parking space behind the house.
It is a holiday apartment on the second floor.
Our favorite place: If it gets uncomfortable outside, spend a cozy evening in front of the fireplace with a sea view.
