The view of the sailing and marina, the harbor entrance and the Baltic Sea is breathtaking. The sun shines on the south-facing terrace for an unforgettable holiday experience.
The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a large relax whirlpool with water view are available after the beach walk to unwind.
Flooded with light, the living-dining area of the holiday home is designed with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. Fantastic views open up on the terrace adjacent to the dining area, with views over the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Baltic Sea. Whether romantic candlelight dinner or convivial grill round - harbor cinema and Bay Watch is guaranteed. On holiday is time for creative cooking - the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
It is cuddly in the living room, because here invites a cozy seating landscape on Schietwettertagen to a fireplace evening. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the Smart TV as well as board games and books.
Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere on the Schlei terrace adjacent to the living area - a real natural spectacle on the Schlei, when ducks, geese and swans awaken.
On the second level is the relaxation area of the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed with a fantastic harbor view. Falling asleep under the stars - a roof window not only allows you to look into the starry sky, but also into fantastic cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom can sleep 3 people and dreams. Here are a single and a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with Schleiblick available. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and are completely black out.

A private parking space and a separate bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.
