Right across the street from the beach, mini-market and 9 restaurants right next door. New complex and best one in Playas Del Coco. Beautiful pool, laundry facilities, outdoor private area. chairs and beach towels are stocked in your apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. No keys needed, coded locks for extra security and no keeping track of your keys.
TV with cable, upgraded internet 50MBPS.
You are allowed up to 100 per month for electric. The meter will be read before your stay and the day before you leave. Any overage you will have to pay in cash. Electric is very expensive in Costa Rica. I have asked for the air conditioners be shut off when you are not in the unit. To keep prices low for all, I must insist on any overage. Thank you.
