The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, wall mounted Smart Roku TV with internet and Xfinity and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom furnishings include a queen size bed and a wall mounted Samsung Smart TV with internet and Xfinity and a corner desk for the vacationer who needs to stay connected or wants to dedicate space to upload memories of the vacation. The once open den has been converted this year into a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and a Smart Roku TV - perfect for the vacationer who travels light. The Bathrooms are tiled, the hall bath has grab bars on the wall and in the shower & tub. The master bath has a walk-in shower with grab bar for stability. Both have upgraded cabinets with plenty of storage. The living spaces boast of Pergo flooring throughout. The dining room has a large table with plenty of room for six hungry appetites. The quartz counter accommodates three additional guests. The living room furniture was updated in 2025 and includes a new queen sleeper sofa & matching loveseat. A huge wall-mounted 55" Samsung Smart TV with internet and Xfinity with a sound bar guarantees plenty of quality family viewing time. Then there is the view! From the top floor, with no obstructions, you will be stress free as you gaze out from the ocean front balcony. This condo also has a washer/dryer and central air conditioning. FREE WI-FI FOR GUESTS!
