Positive: Bell hop service upon arrival at the door ... All staff were friendly and helpful. Very good buffet style breakfast - Free Pool is heated but booking.com doesn't specify that.
Negative: Rooms are on the small side ... 5th floor room we were given only had a back patio with no view at all. To be fair I could have requested a different room but didn't want to make a problem.
