Private: natural state property 6'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees. 250 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (140 steps) to the house. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, pedestrian zone, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Lugano" 13 km, grass beach "Porto Letizia" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Natural stone floors. Balcony, terrace, patio. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the town. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. No road access to the house: the owner takes over the transport of the guests and their luggage on the arrival- and departure days to the stairs (approx. 140) which lead to the house and have to be crossed on foot.
