Property Description: Situated in the beautiful resort of Floridas Sunrise Lakes, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 storey home can sleep 10 guests at a time. This large vacation home is perfect for families or a group of friends. The formal living room has a beautiful lounge suite, a number of pot plants to add atmosphere, an oak coffee table, and a number of tasteful pieces of art adorning the wall. Theres a clear mix of old and new and the wooden furniture including side tables give the living room a true rustic feel. Theres a large flat screen TV and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Additionally, this sunny room is fitted with a ceiling fan to ensure you remain comfortable during the summer months. The second living room, decorated in neutral colors has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa bed. The large windows offer this room a lot of natural light, making it the perfect place to relax. The second living room is adjoined to the formal dining area that has a wooden dining suite and can seat 6 guests. Conveniently situated next tothe dining room is the modern kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the necessary white ware and kitchen appliances. The master bedroom is luxurious and has a large king-sized oak bed with matching sofas and side tables. Additionally, it also has a large wardrobe area. The second master room has a queen-sized bed and itsbeautifully furnished. The remaining 2 rooms are twin rooms, one of which is aptly decorated with a Disney theme for kids. In total this home has 5 TVs and 5 DVD players. If you have a smaller child or baby, theres no need to worry about packing all your supplies as this has both a crib and a high chair for your use. Theres also a separate laundry area which has an industrial sized washing machine and dryer. The games room will keep young and old entertained for a number of hours, and youll be able to enjoy either a game of pool or air hockey. The best feature of this home is its outdoor swimming pool with its adjoined Jacuzzi. It looks out onto a green area and its a beautiful spot to relax in the sun.
