Summary: The staff were great and looked after me very well. I have stayed at the Winselerhof many times over the years and always found the rooms to be quiet, pleasant and comfortable, the hotel itself is in nice woodland surroundings, however the wider area is industrial. My only criticism is the food. If you want really fancy high end fine dining then great, but if you want the option to have regular food in reasonable portions then you will probably want to eat somewhere else. They have 2 restaurants onsite and both are a little too fancy for their own good. Also, if you're vegetarian/vegan there is usually only 1 option.
