Summary: The location and condition of this home is first rate. The kitchen appliances are modern, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the location is private but accessible to everything we needed. The summer weeks were enhanced by a monthly family membership to the local Y. We had one issue with the garbage disposal, which we called in a plumber to repair, and the landlord reimbursed us immediately. We hope to rent this property again next summer!
