This home has 3 great sized bedrooms. The master has a luxurious king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite. A queen bedroom with built in robes and the third bedroom has a single bed and trundle.
We are an eco friendly property. No nasty chemicals are used. Please make sure to read the welcome book when you arrive on how to use the fugi clean system. Tank water is also used.

Guests have access to the whole house. Feel free to walk to the river and it's surrounds but please respect our neighbours privacy and do not enter their property.

This house uses a Fugi Clean system. please make sure you read the house manually before putting anything down the drains.
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
