Welcome to Unit 305, located on the 3rd floor of Waterpointe 1 in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Enjoy your morning beverage from the balcony which has direct unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. All or our rentals include linens, towels, freshly made beds upon arrival and exit cleaning. Recently remodeled unit 305 is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit perfect for families, golf trips, for a couple's getaway or a long weekend at the beach. Unit 305 features ocean front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances including washer and dryer. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with televisions. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in main guest room, and 2 twin beds in the second guest room. Located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Windy Hill is well known for its quiet family friendly atmosphere, away from the crowds and the noise of Main Street or down town Myrtle Beach, but yet is less than 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants and activities. Waterpointe 1 features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, grilling area with picnic tables, corn-hole boards, and sun decks. The spacious air conditioned lobby is equipped with sitting areas and tables for playing games, family gatherings, or just relaxing. Spend hours on the beach adding to your shell collection or start a new hobby, hunting for shark teeth. We are less than a mile from Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Bi-lo grocery store. Only 2 miles from Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall and so much more!!!
