Guest Access:

The owner will use the boat dock and driveway occasionally (he has a boat). The owner reserves the right to use the boat dock during the course of a stay, though the rest of the rental will remain private.
The Neighborhood:
Our road is a quiet, residential stretch with nice waterside homes. We're just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don Cesare and it's beach area, with tennis courts & a playground in between.
Getting Around:
Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance! Free parking off-road if you'd like to bring your car so you can drive around!

This home is professionally managed by Tampa Vacation Collection, a luxury asset management company. We're available 24/7 with live guest support and to provide emergency maintenance!
Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement and copy of a legal ID. To book this rental, you must be at least 25 years of age. Length of stay ranges from 30 days minimum to 6 months maximum. We are not available during the summer months.
Interaction with Guests:
The home and backyard are entirely private. The owner will occasionally use the dock across the road for his boat. He may also park in the road. He will not ever access the rental during the course of your stay.
