Positive: The accommodations were delightful, and the pool was particularly enjoyable, offering ample space as we had the entire property to ourselves. Its location is convenient for a place with a pool near Mostar. We found it to be a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Stari Most. A local grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away, and a bakery and other shops are about a 15-minute walk. The area is not overly hilly, although there is some incline if you are walking. The drive from the bridge area is approximately 5 minutes.

Negative: Although our stay was lovely, Regrettably, our experience with the staff was less than satisfactory, as they exhibited a lack of courtesy and customer service skills. A booking error resulted in a reservation for two individuals instead of seven, yet the rate charged corresponded to the latter. Upon arrival, the property representatives initially refused entry, requesting an additional 180€ for the remaining five individuals, despite our prior payment of 800€ for two. The financial calculations appeared inconsistent. Booking.com intervened, inquiring about the additional charges, given the original rate covered the maximum number of guests. The individual in charge demonstrated a lack of accommodation and problem-solving abilities, simply presenting a card machine. Fortunately, Booking.com intervened and resolved the issue, instructing the property not to impose the extra charges. While the property possesses aesthetic appeal, its layout deviates from conventional standards. The upper-floor bedroom requires external access, as the design effectively comprises two separate apartments. The design of the upper level is quite basic. For those intending to self-cater, it's worth noting that only one pot is available.
