Recently renovated house of 130 m² with 3 bedrooms, the Phoenix villa offers a magnificent setting with its swimming pool and its view of the Ocean and the sunset.
A swimming pool barrier meeting safety standards can be easily installed for your children.
The terrace hosts a garden furniture and a dining table for your moments of relaxation, where you can enjoy the ocean view and the sunset.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area. You can park two cars on the property.

On two levels, the villa offers a warm decoration and accommodates 3 bedrooms.
Very bright with large bay windows, the villa has a large living space with living / dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen.
The house is functional with the terrace facing the living space and the kitchen. On the ground floor are also two bedrooms, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms and a laundry / pantry area.
The villa is not yet equipped with a TV but has WiFi internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).
Upstairs is an air-conditioned bedroom and an office area with breathtaking views of the ocean.

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited, the house is planned for 6 people maximum.
Access to the swimming pool is not allowed for outsiders.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Animals are not allowed.
BOOKING CONDITIONS

7 days minimum rental.
To reserve, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be payable 30 days before your arrival.
In the event of a late reservation (less than 30 days before the start of the stay), the entire amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.
Security deposit: A bank card imprint or a 2000 euros check (not cashed) will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.
A seasonal rental contract will record all of this information.
Entrance time: between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Check-out time: between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.
In the event of late arrival (after 7 p.m.) or early departure (before 8 a.m.), please let us know (an additional € 50 will be requested on arrival).
