A modern luxurious, very spacious, ranch style villa with every modern convenience, a real home from home kept in immaculate condition and a cut above the rest. Two good size bathrooms, one en-suite and one opening onto the pool area. A large heated pool (30’ by 15’) with Lanai, gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and music system piped throughout the property including the pool area, not overlooked. Large lounge and separate dining and breakfast areas. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area. Full size pool table, table tennis table, darts board and some gym equipment. Three push bikes for guest use. Very close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and the incredible Pine Island Beach. Honeymoon Island with its stunning beach is a short drive away. A full guide to the area is provided by the owners prior to visiting. Local activities include: Canoeing/Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Horse Riding, Golf, Fishing, Shooting, Sailing, Bowling, Cycling, Walking and Skating. There is a great Cinema plenty of shops as well as a number of excellent shopping malls in the area. As well as Busch Gardens there are plenty more less well known parks to visit including Big Cat Rescue, Homossassa Springs and of Course Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the mermaids).
