This charming villa is at the end of a dead end street and is surrounded by a green area. Upon entering the villa, you will be stunned by the view. You will not believe your eyes ! The windows make you feel like you are walking on water.
The open first floor is very spacious. You will find the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and a bathroom. This floor also has a nice terrace and access to the pool terrace. In addition to the swimming pool which measures 8 meters by 4 meters, and a large area for sunbathing, on the terrace you also have a gazebo with barbecue and large rustic table for your family evenings. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 3 with sea view and two with balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Below you will find a tropical garden and a large terrace. On the access road you have a pergola to park two cars.
The villa faces south, so the sun is guaranteed from early morning until evening. All the views from this house are also magnificent thanks to the fact that no other house has been built in front of the villa Mava. If we turn our heads to the east, we find magnificent views of the coastline and green fields as well as the endless beach of Salobreña and its rock, Motril, Torre Nueva, Playa Granada and its land golf. This panorama is also impressive at night with all the lights reflecting on the sea.
